Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival date incur no fee. Thereafter the first nights accommodation may be retained.

Reception is open from 7.15am to 9.30pm Monday to Friday.
8.00am to 8.30 pm Sat/Sun/Public Holidays
AFTER HOURS - check ins welcome with prior arrangement.
For your late arrival, we have a safe outside the office; to receive the code you need to contact us before 9 pm on 03 3439911 or per email : stay@amalfimotorlodge.co.nz

Pet Policy: Pets by arrangement.

Smoking Policy: Please note that all our units are non-smoking. Should smoking occur in the rooms a $150 cleaning fee will be charged
Check-in: Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or check-out is by prior arrangement

Credit Card details required at the time of booking. We accept Visa and Mastercard with no surcharge. American Express is accepted but there is a 2.5% surcharge. We also accept Q Card, Farmers, Rural Co, Farmlands cards.
Smoking: As this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
General: Visitors are permitted between the hours of 9am and 9pm only. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
